MEET BERLIN is both: an event management and destination marketing company.
Our network consists of more than 500 event venues in and around Berlin plus a long list of reliable catering firms, performers and event suppliers. More than 100 of those firms have become partners and support our destination marketing activities, especially during our Open Days.
We started in 2009 as a joint venture of 50 event venues. Meanwhile the number of partners has grown to more than a 100. Our aim is to provide extensive information for event managers both in and outside of Germany.
We do not receive state subsidies, but finance our marketing activities through the membership dues of our partners who are presented on our web portal: MEET BERLIN web portal
Once or twice a year we organize Open Days and invite meeting professionals from PCOs and DMCs as well as other MICE agencies and corporate planner to visit many different fascinating event venues in Berlin. In some of those venues other suppliers of the event business present their services.

Venue and location scouting
Individual research takes a lot of time. Our location scouts will present you with a variety of suitable event venues, restaurants, hotels and other locations that match your requirements.
Once the venue choices have been narrowed down, it will be our pleasure to organize a guided site inspection tour for you.
